The Peers Helping Peers Technical Assistance Center is in transition from being Technical Assistance Center funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), and our website is being redesigned. DBSA is committed to continuing to provide technical assistance to consumer run organizations and others in system transformation and recovery oriented mental health services.
